Probe into Headmaster's death of Lakhimi Pathar LP School

DEMOW: A shocking incident took place in Lakhimi Pathar LP School near Demow on Wednesday morning where Kali Prasad Chetia, Headmaster of the Lakhimi Pathar LP School hanged himself in the Kitchen room of the School.

The Lakhimi Pathar LP School falls under Demow Block Elementary Education Office of Sivasagar District.

Meanwhile, after the instruction of the Education Officer of Sivasagar District, Amrit Konwar, Demow Block Elementary Education Officer reached the Lakhimi Pathar LP School and done the investigation.

Amrit Konwar, Demow Block Education Elementary Officer interacted with the Assistant Teachers, President of the Governing Body, member of the Lakhimi Pathar LP School, People of the Village individually and took stock of at what situation the Headmaster took this drastic step on Thursday.

Due to unable to use the RIIMS App the Headmaster has committed suicide or what and regarding the primary investigation was started.

At the time of Amrit Konwar's visit in the Lakhimi Pathar LP School, Debojit Gogoi, Assistant Inspector of 1 No and 2 No Circle of Demow Education Block, Shyamlika Mohan Sensua, Convenor of Mandal Samal Kendra, Pabitra Chetia, Accountant, Indra Shekhar Sarma were present.

Notably, only after a proper investigation the incident will came to light as in why the Headmaster of Lakhimi Pathar LP School has committed suicide.
